Ukraine

• Ukraine celebrates the Constitution Day
  Ukrainian Constitution was enforced by Ukrainian Parliament on 28th of June, 1996. Since that time, this day being considered a national holiday in Ukraine.  According to the Constitution, Ukraine is a sovereign and independent, social and legal, unitary state, with territorial integrity and inviolability defined under established current borders. A human, his life and wellbeing, honor and dignity, inviolability and security being recognized in Ukraine highest social values. Ukrainian language being recognized as the national one. President of Ukraine being the head of Ukrainian state and acts on the states’ behalf. President of Ukraine acts as a guarantor of the state sovereignty, territorial integrity of Ukraine, compliance to Ukrainian Constitution, citizens and human rights and freedoms.

Kyiv

• City center have been under reinforced security policing due to the Constitution Day celebrations.
  Up to 1 000 police officers have been protecting public security of Kyiv citizens and guests of Ukrainian capital, according to the information provided by the public relations department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
• «Mother Motherland» statue have been lightened in the colors of national flag.
  Lights show organizers, activists of art-union «Art platform», arranged the lightening of the «Mother Motherland» statue in the colors of Ukrainian national flag, coat of arms and «I’m patriot» signs in 20 languages.

Theater of war

• Terrorists ubiquitously attack Ukrainian block-posts and military bases in Donbass.   
  3 Ukrainian militaries dead and 4 wounded, as a result of tank attack near Slavyansk. No casualties resulted from the infantry and mine-thrower attack on military block-post in Shakhtersk county. 2 military bases were captured by terrorists in Donetsk. Total of 16 Russian tanks are confirmed to pass to the territory of Ukraine via border posts captured by terrorists. Donetsk airport being fully destroyed.
• Terrorists released OSCE mission observers, previously captured in Lugansk oblast.
  Four OSCE mission observers are now in Donetsk, together with mission observers previously released in Slovyansk. Details of release, as well as captivity reasons of OSCE mission observers for time being are unknown. Mission observers work in Donbass under invitation of Ukrainian government and have been captured as hostages by terrorists in the end of May.
• Security Service of Ukraine confirms availability of undoubted facts about training of Ukrainian terrorists mercenaries and subversives in Russia. Security Service of Ukraine confirm getting data that such Russian territories as Pskov, Taganrog, Shahty town of Rostov oblast, Mol’kino town of Krasnodarsky kray, as well as Moscow oblast, host subversive training centers, specialized in terrorist attacks, sabotage, subversive, attacks on Ukrainian military and civilians.
• Water pumping station, based on channel Siversky Donets - Donbass and delivering water to all key cities of Donetsk oblast, have been recently restored.
  As the result, the humanitarian catastrophe threat have been eliminated in Donbass, nevertheless water supply could be limited in the area due to ubiquitous terrorists attacks, as confirmed by secretary of information center of Ukrainian Council of Security and Safety Lysenko.
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine sent a note to Russian government, stating impossibility to accept «humanitarian help» due to unidentified final addressee.
  Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine stressed attention of the Russian part on the clause of the Statute of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees dated 1950 and Convention on Refugees Status dated 1951, that define «refugees» as persons «having a well-founded fear of persecution for reasons of race, religion, nationality, political opinion or membership in a particular social group, situated outside of the country of their nationality and unable to be protected by the government of that state». Taking into account that Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts, as well as Autonomous Republic of Crimea are integral parts of Ukraine and according to the above mentioned international document, citizens of Ukraine, based on these territories can’t be considered as refugees by definition. Nevertheless, Russia would like to send the «humanitarian aid» cargo to Ukraine via the border posts captured by terrorists.

World

• UN adopted the Resolution on Ukraine, asking Ukrainian government to introduce reforms and militias - to lay arms down. Resolution of 26th session of UN Council of Human Rights have been supported by 23 delegations, 4 delegations opposed and 19 - abstained. Document, above all, contains calls to stop any discriminations and harassments, including in Crimea, welcomes presidential elections in Ukraine and expressed concern that many voters east of Ukraine could participate to them.  

• Ideologist of "Eurasianism" Dugin have been fired from the Moscow University, where he headed the chair of sociology of international relations. According to Russian Nazi ideologist, his dismissal from the position of the head of sociology and international relations department, for the support of «Nuovorussia» is politically motivated.
• Putin announced call of reservists for military training. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree calling reservists for military training for up to two months in 2014. Part of the document is classified as «for restricted use» and haven’t been published.
• The Government of Moldova has approved the Association Agreement with the EU. The agreement was approved during a special meeting. As Prime Minister Yuriy Lance stated, implementing the provisions of the Agreement concluded on June 27 will now is of priority for the Government.
