  • President Poroshenko signed a decree on the establishment of the service for reintegration and de-occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Participant of the talks from the Ukrainian side Gerashchenko says that Ukraine fulfills all the points of the Minsk Agreement, and now Russia must fulfill its part , first of all, it must withdraw its troops.
  • Intelligence reports that the commanders of the military units of the unrecognized republics restricted the movement of Russian military personnel in connection with the discontent of the population with their presence and the threat of new conflicts against the background of the deteriorating economic situation.
