There are continuous fights going in the surrounding of Donetsk, in Maryinka, Krasnogorivka, Peski and Avdiyivka. The militants are using tanks, mortars and heavy artillery. Popasna, Schastya, Stanitsa Luhanska, settlements in the Yasinovatskiy area were shelled. As a result, many civilians, including children, suffered. According to the official reports, one Ukrainian soldier was killed, nine more were wounded . There are losses among volunteers as well.
  • Advisor to the SSU Head Tandit said that Russian army Major Starkov, who was detained near Volnovaha, could be exchanged for the Ukrainian prisoners. Such decision might be made only by President Poroshenko.
