Key Events in Ukraine
- President Poroshenko approved the establishing of the Constitutional Commission, which includes former presidents and representatives of parliamentary factions, including former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko. There are 59 people, and 13 consultants and international observers in the Commission.

- Gazprom has decided to extend the discount on gas for Ukraine in the amount of export duty for the second quarter of 2015. Energy Minister Demchishin said that from April 1, the Russian gas will cost $ 248 per 1000 m3.
- President Obama has approved the filling of Economic Support Fund of Ukraine in the amount of more than $ 87 million. The Trust Fund is designed to support unexpected military operations abroad.
- United States stopped negotiating with Moscow on missile defense systems after the annexation of the Ukrainian territory, not wanting to restrict the ability to protect themselves and their partners in NATO.
