The Verkhovna Rada approved the new Prosecutor General. Negotiations of the contact group to settle the crisis in Donbass ended without results. As a result of  the shelling of Kramatorsk by cluster munitions 16 people have been killed.

  • MPs abolished the National Commission on morality. Supervision of the observance of morality will carry out the Interior Ministry, the Ministry of Culture and the State Committee for Television and Radio.

Ukraine at War

  • The conflict escalates in Donbass. Fierce fighting continued on Debaltseve foothold. As a result of active operations of regiment "Azov" Ukrainian army took control of villages near Mariupol.

  • Voting by another’s cards in the Verkhovna Rada continues, none of the deputies - violators of the Constitution has been punished for such actions until now.
  • Lending to Ukraine by international financial institutions is a safe step in the case of recognition of Russia as an aggressor and forcing it to pay reparations to Ukraine in the amount of hundreds of billions of dollars.
