Russian military invasion to Ukraine
Columns of armored vehicles with Russian flags continuously pass to Ukraine through the seized border checkpoint "Izvarino". These are about dozens of tanks and light armored vehicles, and military re-fuelers and KAMAZ trucks with weapons and manpower.
During Saturday, Russian military entered territory of Ukraine to a depth of several kilometers in Stanichno-Lugansk area, to ensure unhindered deployment of troops. Several invasions of Russian helicopters to a depth of 5-7 km reported on Friday and Saturday in Lugansk region. No witnesses reported on landing operations, although later are potentially possible.
Movements of large columns of terrorists, attempting to cut off Ukrainian troops covering the border, have been observed in the southern parts of Lugansk region and at the junction of Lugansk, Donetsk and Rostov regions near Kharkiv-Rostov highway.
There is every reason for introduction martial law, official use of army units and appeal to the international community for recognition of Russia as an aggressor and application of massive sanctions to it, as well as to obtaine supplies of weapons and high-tech equipment from allies.
The weak element is pipeline, that if closed under official martial law, can serve as a stimulus for Europe to admit that the situation on its eastern borders has radically changed.
At the same time, terrorists use tactics of residential areas shelling in seized areas, claiming that attacks are carried out by Ukrainian army. These actions can serve as a pretext for entry of Russian «peacekeepers" as per South Ossetian scenario.
Rumors of betrayal in the highest echelons of the anti-terrorist operation, border guards and prosecutors, are strong among Ukrainian citizens. Army being massively supported and supplied by Ukrainian citizens of their own pockets. Therefore, country's leadership must understand the consequences of delay of marital order introduction.
War with Russia entered an active phase and de-escalation of the conflict by the Russian Federation is unrealistic, given the implicit support from Europe, infiltrated the Russian business.
