  • Miners from state mines in the Lviv region started strike due to non-payment of salaries for November and December. Salaries also were not paid to miners of Donbass.

  • The expert group Bellingcat narrowed number of the Russian military involved in  destroying the Malaysian flight MH-17 to 20 people. The information have been transferred to the Dutch investigators.
