According to the Minister of Social Policy Rozenko, the Pension Fund is missing 80 billion UAH for payments. From his perspective, the only source of filling of the Fund is reporting real salaries.

A Minister of Agriculture’s deputy stated that the support intervention of the Agrarian Fund helped to stabilize the prices for basic products, but did not return them to their previous level.

Despite statements by the Speaker of the Anti-Terror Operation Headquarters, fighting along the line of military standoff in the Donbas does not stop. In village Shirokine near town Mariupol militants were shelling the Ukrainian Army’s positions all day long of heavy mortars. The representatives of the OSCE mission got under fire. Crymske and Stanitsa Luhanska villages were also shelled. In the Zolote town a gas pipeline was damaged.

Reuters believes that Ukraine will not get loans and investments in the nearest time, before foreign donors are convinced that their money will not be stolen by corrupted Ukrainian officials. According to the agency, decisions on the earmarking large funds will not be accepted at the planned investment summit. Investors decided to wait for the beginning of real reforms in the Ukrainian economy and control system.

NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg reiterated that the Alliance believes that Crimea is a Ukrainian territory illegally annexed by Russia. NATO is not seeking to expand to the East. In his opinion, today the Ukraine's accession to the Alliance it is not necessary, but he sees the desire of the Eastern European countries to join the EU and NATO.
